Joom seeks an experienced Marketing Data Analyst to turn data into insights, improve channel performance, and optimize marketing investments. You will join an analytics team focused on budgeting, dashboards, experimentation, alerts, and strategic planning within a matrix structure.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, ROI forecasting, and collaboration across Portugal and other markets, with flexible office-first hours and remote work options.

Qualificações

• Experience in data analysis and marketing analytics.
• Understanding of marketing KPIs and attribution models.
• Ability to write complex SQL queries and use Python for analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate the effectiveness of advertising channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
• Set up and monitor statistical anomalies in metrics.
• Improve long-term payback prediction models.
• Generate hypotheses to optimize acquisition, feeds, creatives, and channel mix.
• Conduct data studies to uncover insights.
• Write ETL pipelines and data marts.
• Ask why and identify the problem we are solving.
• Work with English communication across teams.
