Servànt in Lisbon is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager focused on luxury interiors and projects to grow B2B and project sales in Portugal. You will build relationships with developers, architects, and designers while guiding opportunities from inception to signed contracts.

The role requires deep experience in luxury real estate/FF&E and a strong network across Portugal, with fluent Portuguese and English. A company car and travel support are provided for client development.

Qualificações

• Experience in luxury real estate development, architecture and design, premium construction, FF&E, hospitality or related sector.
• Established professional network in Portugal among developers, architects, designers, contractors and real-estate professionals.
• Fluent Portuguese and English are required.

Responsabilidades

• Continuously analyse the Portuguese market to identify new premium and luxury projects early.
• Identify project structures with developers, investors, architects, interior designers and contractors.
• Create and manage a pipeline of potential projects with timelines and sales potential.
• Establish and develop relationships with developers, architects, interior designers, contractors and hospitality groups.
• Introduce Servànt and its brands before final specification and procurement decisions.
• Work with sales and design teams to convert opportunities into contracts and revenue.
