I am recruiting a Senior Business Development Manager – Luxury Interiors & Projects for Servànt in Lisbon.
The position is focused on developing B2B and project sales in the premium and luxury interiors and furniture sector in Portugal.
Key responsibilities:
- Continuously analyse the Portuguese market and identify new premium and luxury projects at an early stage, including residential developments, private villas, branded residences, hotels and other hospitality projects.
- Identify the structure of each project, including the developer, investor, architect, interior designer, contractor, project manager and final decision-makers.
- Create and manage a pipeline of potential projects, assessing their stage, timeline, estimated sales potential and required next actions.
- Independently establish and develop relationships with developers, architects, interior designers, contractors, luxury real-estate companies, investors and hospitality groups.
- Introduce Servànt and its brands before final specification and procurement decisions are made.
- Work with the sales and design teams to convert identified opportunities into contracts and revenue.
Candidate profile:
- Relevant experience in luxury real estate development, architecture and design, premium construction, FF&E, hospitality, luxury property, furniture or a related sector.
- Established professional network in Portugal, particularly among developers, architects, designers, contractors and real-estate professionals.
- Understanding of the luxury market, design, architecture, product quality and high-level client service.
- Strong commercial judgement, social intelligence and professional presentation.
- Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities independently.
- Fluent Portuguese and English are required.
Two cooperation models are available:
- Independent commercial partnership based on sales commission, with a flexible schedule.
- Full-time employment with a monthly salary plus sales commission. The position combines work from the Servànt office in Santos with external meetings, market research and client development. A company car, fuel and Via Verde are provided for business travel.
