Qualificações

• 3+ years of hands-on IT infrastructure experience in growing organizations.
• Experience with IAM platforms, SSO implementations, and user lifecycle management.
• Ability to build automation workflows using APIs and modern tools.
• Experience managing SaaS ecosystems and productivity tools.
• Strong knowledge of macOS environments and endpoint management best practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially in remote teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with attention to detail.
• Remote-first, self-motivated, collaborative and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and optimize identity and access management systems, including SSO and onboarding/offboarding automation.
• Design, build, and maintain automation workflows to streamline IT operations.
• Monitor and optimize SaaS usage, licenses, and costs.
• Develop reporting on software spending, utilization trends, and renewal risks.
• Manage user provisioning and deprovisioning with secure access controls.
• Troubleshoot IT issues and implement long-term fixes to prevent recurrence.
• Support and enhance macOS endpoint management for a smooth user experience.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, finance, and operations to improve IT services.
• Evaluate and maintain a wide range of SaaS platforms and productivity tools.
