ISS Tech Team in Porto, Portugal, is seeking an IT Senior Application Specialist to manage the global SaaS platform, ensuring it runs securely, reliably, and in compliance with standards. The role oversees integrations, access management, and governance within a hybrid work setup.

You will coordinate releases, monitor performance, and drive improvements across cross-functional teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience managing SaaS platforms in a global enterprise setting.
• Experience with identity and access management, audit logging, and data integration.
• Proven ability to manage change control, configuration, and release cycles.
• Strong coordination and communication across diverse teams and regions.
• Structured and detail-oriented approach to operational delivery.
• Proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Own and administer the global SaaS platform securely and compliantly.
• Act as SME for platform configuration, data model, and end-to-end processes.
• Manage platform configuration and optimisation to meet requirements.
• Serve as custodian of the tech ecosystem including integrations and data pipelines.
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and governance of business data and reporting.
• Coordinate releases, upgrades, testing, and change management with stakeholders.
• Monitor performance, incidents and SLAs, provide Level 2 support.
• Manage vendor relationships and delivery of contracted services.
• Drive continuous improvement, user adoption, automation, and standardisation.
