Job summary

DACHSER SE in Porto invites you to join our Corporate IT Hub as an IT Support specialist. You will independently resolve inquiries about our software systems, monitor tickets, and help prepare deployments in a fast-paced, international team.

Qualifications

Career change with professional experience or completed training in IT.
Strong communication skills, flexibility and service-oriented mindset are desirable
High IT affinity with an eagerness to learn new things and finding joy in solving technical challenges
Ability to work under pressure with organised and analytical methods
Good knowledge of English.

Responsibilities

Support & independently resolve product-specific inquiries of our software systems.
Manage and monitor tickets according to service level agreements.
Prepare and monitor the weekly deployment process.
Perform administrative tasks such as configuration, management of master data and analysis of data.
Independent error analysis, including reproduction in a test environment if required and escalation when necessary.
On-call duty after adequate training.
