DACHSER SE is seeking an IT Project Manager at our Porto Corporate IT Hub to guide high-impact logistics IT initiatives. You will shape project plans, manage execution, and optimize systems for efficient logistics and SCM outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager delivering complex IT projects.
• Strong understanding of IT, software development and logistics/SCM solutions.
• Ability to translate logistical needs into IT project plans and deliverables.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills; capable of multiple projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for diverse audiences.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to anticipate issues and craft solutions.
• Degree in IT/CS/Business Admin; PMP/PRINCE2 or similar certs are a plus.
• Familiarity with logistics or SCM is advantageous.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsabilités

• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines and resources.
• Lead project execution from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget.
• Analyze IT aspects of logistical challenges to optimize logistics and supply chain processes.
• Act as primary point of contact for stakeholders, communicating status, risks and issues.
• Coordinate and allocate resources across multiple projects to keep teams staffed and equipped.
• Identify opportunities to improve project management processes and implement best practices.
