Our IT team will be expanding again from June 2026. We are currently looking for an IT Service Operations Specialist for our new office in Lisbon.
You act as the first point of contact for all Service Desk requests, ensuring timely and efficient support for end users
You analyze and resolve a wide range of hardware, software, and network issues
You document solutions to support cases and known issues to enable future reference and knowledge sharing
You participate in system monitoring and incident management activities
You configure and support VMware environments, IP networks, as well as client and server hardware
You maintain an accurate IT asset inventory
You contribute to extended Service Desk coverage (e.g., on-call or shift rotation)
You have strong communication skills in written and spoken English and German
You hold a degree in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience
You have initial experience in handling IT support and service request tickets, ideally in a manufacturing environment using MS365 (we use ServiceNow)
You have good knowledge of Microsoft data center and client management services
You are willing and able to travel occasionally
