Otis seeks a Senior Manager Employee Experience Process Designer (Remote) to shape and optimize HR processes across onboarding, offboarding, job changes and leave management, elevating colleague experience and efficiency.
You will partner with HR Operations, HR Technology and business leaders to map workflows, drive improvements, and ensure documentation and governance align with global HR strategy and ESG initiatives.
Qualificações
- Proven experience in HR process design or transformation.
- Ability to map end-to-end HR lifecycle processes and service delivery.
- Strong stakeholder influence across functions.
Responsabilidades
- Lead review and redesign of core HR processes with UX and efficiency focus.
- Translate business needs into HR operational requirements.
- Partner with HR Operations, HR Technology and business stakeholders to implement improvements.
- Facilitate workshops to gather insights and prototype new processes.
- Define and maintain process documentation and service models.
- Monitor adoption, drive standardization, and align with global HR strategy.
