Job summary

Grit Solutions is looking for a Senior Harvest Technician to lead deployment efforts across development to production environments, with a strong focus on automation and reliability.

You will own deployment processes, coordinate release plans and perform post‑deployment health checks to ensure smooth rollouts across integrated systems. Fluency in Portuguese and English is required.

• Senior background in software change and configuration management.
• Solid command of software lifecycle management.
• Full understanding of the development lifecycle, from first build to maintenance and operations.
• Creative approach to complex automation challenges, eliminating repetitive tasks.
• Troubleshooting of build tool issues.
• Diagnosis and resolution of software and hardware configuration problems.
• Configuration of build, test and deploy stages.
• Fluent Portuguese and English, written and spoken.
• Rigor, organization, perseverance and critical thinking.
• Strong sense of responsibility, dynamism and composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage deployment procedures across every software lifecycle environment, from development to production.
• Build, promotion and distribution automation for releases.
• Plan releases with delivery and implementation plans, plus post-deployment health checks.
• Maintain stability and upkeep of development, certification, pre-production and production environments.
• Provide installation support for internal servers and for third‑party ones.

Job Description:

Management of deployment procedures across every software lifecycle environment, from development to production. Build, promotion and distribution automation, release planning with delivery and implementation plans, post-deployment health checks and roll‑out follow‑up. Stability and upkeep of development, certification, pre‑production and production environments, plus application installation on internal servers and support for third‑party ones.

• Knowledge of Harvest and SQL
• Familiarity with IT best practice standards such as ITIL and ISO 20000
