GRiT is seeking a Senior Java Developer in Lisbon to join a passionate tech team. You will leverage Java 8+ and Spring to build robust backend services, craft RESTful APIs, and push code through GitLab/Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.

The role emphasizes automated testing and an Agile lifecycle. Ideal candidates hold a CS/Software Development degree, have 4+ years of hands-on Java experience, and are comfortable with Docker/Kubernetes and English fluency.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of professional Java development experience.
• Strong Java (8+) and Spring framework knowledge.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab and Jenkins.
• Understanding of RESTful API principles.
• Experience with automated testing (JUnit, Mockito).
• Familiar with Agile software development lifecycle.

Must Have:

• Minimum 4 years professional of proven experience
• Very deep understanding of Java (8 or more) and Java frameworks (e.g. Spring)
• Solid experience in CI/CD tools: Gitlab, Jenkins
• Understanding of RESTful API principles
• Diligent with automated testing, like Junit, Mockito
• Agile development/Software life cycle

Would be great if you have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or software development
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka is desired
• Very good knowledge of English
• PKI experience (Public Key Infraestructure)
