ME Lisbon, part of Meliá Hotels International, seeks a Senior Guest Relations professional to be the face of Attiko Restaurant and Rooftop. You will welcome guests in a stylish, personalized manner, manage reservations and VIP arrivals, and collaborate across teams to deliver a seamless luxury dining experience.

In this role you will build relationships with regular and high-profile guests, anticipate needs, and resolve requests with discretion.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in Guest Relations or similar luxury hospitality role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver a warm, stylish, and personalized welcome experience to all guests, ensuring memorable first impressions.
• Manage reservations, guest flow, table allocations, and VIP arrivals, optimizing guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with regular guests, VIP clients, influencers, and key partners.
• Act as a key point of contact for guests, anticipating needs, handling requests, and resolving concerns with professionalism and discretion.
• Collaborate with Restaurant, Bar, Kitchen, and Guest Experience teams to ensure a seamless guest journey.
• Support and guide the Host/Hostess team, promoting excellence in service and adherence to brand standards.
• Monitor guest feedback and identify opportunities to enhance the dining experience.
• Contribute to creating an energetic, sophisticated, and vibrant atmosphere aligned with the luxury lifestyle positioning of Attiko and ME Lisbon.
• Promote guest loyalty through personalized service and meaningful guest engagement.
