Meliá Hotels International seeks a Guest Experience Associate for ME Lisbon in Lisbon, Portugal. You will assist guests from arrival to departure, ensuring a warm welcome, smooth check-in, and helpful information about services and local attractions.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the role.
• High level of Portuguese and advanced English.
• Hospitality degree required.
• Quality and customer service oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure guests receive a welcome and farewell according to brand standards.
• Assist guests by opening and closing car doors, hotel doors, and elevators.
• Help guests secure taxi service.
• Ensure the hotel entrance is staffed at all times.
• Provide guests information on points of interest, nearby areas, hotel services and exits.
• Maintain the hotel entrance and lobby clean and organized.
• Provide guests with information about hotel services and amenities at check-in.
• Stay informed about daily events, groups, VIPs, etc.
• Maintain communication with the front desk.
• Respond to guest complaints or concerns.
