Qualificações

• 3+ years of IT recruitment experience, preferably in IT services or recruitment agencies.
• Experience in international or multi-country environments.
• Strong understanding of IT services business models and delivery constraints.
• Results-driven with KPI focus and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional English required.

• Contribute to structuring and improving the nearshore recruitment model (processes, KPIs, delivery quality).
• Support employer branding and market positioning in Portugal.

As part of the acceleration of our European nearshore model, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Portugal, with a strong business and delivery mindset.

You are not just recruiting profiles.

Working closely with Business Unit Directors and Sales teams, you will be responsible for structuring and scaling our nearshore talent pipeline to support our European entities.

• Manage the full IT recruitment lifecycle for local and international business needs

• Develop and execute a strong direct sourcing strategy (LinkedIn Recruiter, multi-channel sourcing)

• Support employer branding and market positioning in Portugal
