Moniepoint Inc. is seeking a Head of Engineering for Rewards to own the platform end-to-end, leading a growing team and shaping a new, data-driven rewards/loyalty ecosystem for millions of users.

You will drive architecture, delivery, and experimentation to accelerate retention and engagement across business and consumer customers. The role requires deep front-end and mobile expertise, a hands-on leadership style, and a track record of building consumer-facing products at scale.

Qualifications

• Direct-to-consumer product engineering at scale.
• Hands-on front-end and mobile depth.
• Experience leading engineering managers.
• Strong background in experimentation and growth engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy, architecture and roadmap for the Rewards Platform end to end.
• Improve performance, reliability and depth of cashback product.
• Evolve cashback into a broader platform for business, consumer and agents.
• Build and scale the engineering organization with product units.
• Establish an experimentation culture with A/B testing and metrics.
• Collaborate with Growth, Sales and Marketing on initiatives.
