We seek an Analytics Manager to own metrics, experimentation and the analytics roadmap across growth and product teams. You will lead a disciplined analytics function, drive actionable insights, and collaborate with product, operations and marketing to improve acquisition, activation, retention and revenue.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics and analytics management.
• 2+ years in a management role.
• Proven experience in consumer-FMCG or fintech.
• Deep experience scaling product businesses with revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Build a disciplined analytics team and roadmap.
• Hire, develop, and retain a high-performing analytics team.
• Generate data insights, models, and production-ready analytics for product, operations, marketing and engineering.
• Collaborate with growth, product, and engineering to collect data for meaningful insights.
• Lead testing and optimisation across conversion funnels to drive business impact.
