Adecco Recursos Humanos is seeking a Senior Accountant to support international operations with a focus on the German market. You will manage core finance activities across Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and some Accounts Payable, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 4 years of accounting experience with strong AR/GL exposure.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Strong Excel and ERP knowledge.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and team-focused.

Responsibilities

• Manage AR processes including cash application, collections, customer communication, and issue resolution.
• Perform GL activities, reconciliations, reporting, and month/year-end closing.
• Support AP tasks such as invoice processing and expense review.
• Monitor accounts, resolve discrepancies, and ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as a key stakeholder contact.
• Support process improvements and help guide junior team members.
