H.B. Fuller Company is seeking a Payroll Accounting Specialist who is fluent in German to manage payroll for EIMEA countries and ensure timely, accurate processing.

This role partners with HR and Finance to resolve payroll issues and prepare comprehensive reports for management. The ideal candidate has a finance or accounting background, 2–3 years of payroll experience, and strong SAP/Blackline proficiency, with excellent English and German language skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or HR.
• 2–3 years’ experience in payroll and general accounting.
• Experience with SAP and Blackline preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and related software.

Responsabilidades

• Process payroll accurately for EIMEA countries.
• Support internal controls and statutory audits.
• Manage general ledger postings, reconciliations and closing activities.
• Prepare detailed payroll reports and financial analyses.
