Wire IT, based in Portugal, is seeking a Senior Genesys Engineer/Developer to join its hybrid team in Porto/Lisbon. You will design, implement, and support enterprise contact center solutions using Genesys On-Premise, REST integrations, and modern frontend work.

Fluent English required; French is a strong plus. The role offers growth in an international environment with a training budget and benefits, located in Porto/Lisbon with hybrid work.

Qualificações

• 5+ years hands-on experience with Genesys On-Premise including Framework, Routing/URS, Reporting, and Composer/IVR.
• Strong knowledge of VoIP and telephony (SIP, RTP, SDP) and SBCs.
• Experience with Genesys Info Mart (GIM) and MS SQL or Oracle.
• Experience with REST APIs/Web Services integrations and connecting telephony with external systems.
• React.js or similar frontend frameworks is a strong plus.
• Migration experience or interest in Genesys On-Premise to CCaaS (Diabolocom) is highly valued.
• Strong troubleshooting and L3 support experience.
• Fluent English mandatory; French is a strong plus.

Role:

Senior Genesys Engineer / Developer

Location:

Hybrid, Porto/Lisbon, Portugal

Required skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Genesys On-Premise, including Framework, Routing/URS, Reporting, and Genesys Composer/IVR.
• Strong knowledge of VoIP and telephony, particularly SIP, RTP, SDP, and SBCs.
• Experience with Genesys Info Mart (GIM) and SQL databases such as MS SQL or Oracle.
• Experience developing integrations using REST APIs/Web Services and connecting telephony platforms with external systems.
• Experience with React.js or similar frontend frameworks is a strong plus.
• Experience or strong interest in migration from Genesys On-Premise to Diabolocom/CCaaS is highly valued.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with experience providing L3 technical support.
• Fluent English mandatory; French is a strong plus.
