Aubay Portugal is seeking an experienced telephony/Genesys specialist to design, deploy and migrate critical call center capabilities. You will manage SIP trunks, SBCs, and VoIP routers, while developing integrations with CRM and databases.

Fluent English is required; knowledge of French is a plus. The role offers a hybrid work model and opportunities for training and career growth within Aubay Portugal.

Qualificações

• 5+ years hands-on Genesys On-Premise experience including Framework, routing, reporting, URS
• Deep knowledge of VoIP and telephony: SIP, RTP, SDP, SBCs
• Experience with SQL databases for reporting and modern UI frameworks (React.js / Vue / Angular)

Responsabilidades

• Design, configure, test, and deploy Genesys On-Premise solutions and Pulse reporting.
• Manage voice infrastructure including SIP trunks, SBCs, and VoIP routers.
• Plan and execute migration from Genesys On-Premise to Diabolocom.
• Provide Level 3 support for complex call routing and voice quality issues.
• Develop integrations between telephony systems and external tools like CRM and databases.

What will you do?

• Design, configure, test, and deploy Genesys On-Premise solutions, including routing, IVR/Composer, and reporting (Pulse).
• Manage and act as the subject matter expert for voice infrastructure, including SIP trunks, SBCs, and VoIP routers.
• Actively participate in the technical assessment, planning, and execution of migrating contact center capabilities from Genesys On-Premise to Diabolocom.
• Provide Level 3 support for complex technical issues related to call routing, voice quality, and integration points.
• Develop and maintain integrations between telephony systems and external tools like CRM and databases.

What are we looking for?

• Solid hands-on experience (5+ years) with Genesys On-Premise solutions (Framework, routing, reporting, URS), Genesys Composer, and IVR development.
• Deep understanding of VoIP and Telephony technologies, including SIP protocol, RTP, SDP, and SBCs (e.g., AudioCodes, Oracle).
• Familiarity with SQL databases (MS SQL, Oracle) for reporting, particularly Genesys Info Mart.
• Experience with React.js (or Vue/Angular) for building modern user interfaces or agent dashboards, and familiarity with REST APIs/Web Services integration.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) as it will be the daily working language.
• Strong professional proficiency in French is considered a valuable asset for collaboration with French-speaking teams.
