Wire IT, a Portugal-based IT consulting partner, is seeking a Senior Genesys Engineer / Developer to join its agile, growth-focused team. The role is hybrid, based in Porto/Lisbon, Portugal, offering challenging projects and international exposure.

You will implement and optimize Genesys On-Premise solutions, integrate REST APIs, work with VoIP technologies, and potentially migrate to CCaaS, while providing L3 support. Fluency in English is required; French is a plus.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Genesys On-Premise including Framework, Routing/URS, Reporting and GenesysComposer/IVR.
• Strong knowledge of VoIP and telephony, especially SIP, RTP, SDP and SBCs.
• Experience with Genesys InfoMart (GIM) and SQL databases (MS SQL or Oracle).
• Experience developing integrations using REST APIs/Web Services and connecting telephony platforms with external systems.
• Experience with React.js or similar frontend frameworks is a strong plus.
• Experience or strong interest in migration from Genesys On-Premise to Diabolocom/CCaaS is highly valued.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with L3 technical support.
• Fluent English mandatory; French is a strong plus.
