Aubay Portugal in Porto is seeking an experienced Senior Genesys On-Prem & Telephony Engineer to design, deploy and optimize Genesys-based telephony integrations for our projects.

You will join a hybrid Porto team, communicate in English daily, and collaborate with French-speaking colleagues where needed, delivering robust telephony solutions across banking, insurance and telecom domains. This role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, training opportunities and a team-focused environment.

Qualificações

• Experience with Genesys On-Prem and telephony integrations.
• Proficient in English; able to work daily with English.
• Ability to collaborate with French-speaking colleagues as needed.
