Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related analytical field.
• 4+ years of hands-on IT/ERP, management consulting, or project management experience.
• Analytical mindset with ability to grasp complex systems quickly.
• Fluent or native level English and Spanish communications.

• Own Your Stream: Lead end-to-end ERP projects and sub-projects within large IT transformations.
• Architect the Future: Analyse IT architectures and design automated, future-proof business processes.
• Drive Business Value: Build feasibility, risk, and ROI analyses to steer development.

• Bridge Business & Tech: Translate complex business requirements into actionable specs.

• Architect the Future: Analyse complex IT architectures and design sleek, automated, and future-proof business processes.
• Drive Business Value: Build out feasibility, risk, and ROI analyses that steer development and ensure project success.
• Consult & Advise: Prepare compelling pitch decks and lead high-impact workshops for C-level decision-makers.
• Bridge Business & Tech: Act as the vital link between our clients and our engineering team, translating complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
• Expert Leadership: Take on an expert role in Finance, Operations, Logistics, or HR to ensure elite-standard delivery.

Requirements

Who You Are

• The Foundation: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related analytical field.
• The Experience: >4 years of hands-on experience in IT/ERP, Management Consulting, or Project Management.
• The Mindset: A razor-sharp analytical mind. You grasp complex systems at lightning speed and possess a genuine passion for tackling challenging tasks.
• The Communicator: You are a highly committed team player with C2 or native level of English and Spanish.
