Qualifications

• C2 level of French required.
• English fluency (B2/C1).
• At least 1 year of mass recruitment experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment processes, assessments, interviews, and follow-up.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
• Experience with sourcing techniques and referral programs.
• Positive, proactive attitude with a community-building mindset.

Responsibilities

• Attract candidates by using databases, social media, and job fairs.
• Conduct interviews to assess knowledge, skills, and aptitudes.
• Coordinate with departments and managers to validate information.
• Prepare and onboard new employees to integrate into the company.
• Build relationships with candidates during the selection process as a trusted recruiter.
• Create, update, and maintain analytical reports and databases.
