TSL is seeking a highly organised Document Controller to support large-scale construction projects in Portugal, including data centres, manufacturing facilities and logistics warehouses. You will work with Pre-Construction, Design and Construction teams to keep all technical, commercial and contractual documentation accurate, up-to-date, secure and accessible across the project lifecycle.

Qualificações

• 3–5+ years’ experience in a Document Controller role on large construction projects.
• Experience working with multi-disciplinary project teams.
• Strong understanding of document control processes, workflows and quality standards.

• Manage submission, review and approval workflows.
• Coordinate technical, commercial and contractual document flows.
• Enforce version control and accurate filing.
