Melt Group is seeking an experienced Document Controller for a major Data Centre project in Sines, Portugal. You will manage the distribution and control of project documentation across all lifecycle phases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procedures.

Key responsibilities include maintaining document controls in DMS/CDE systems, generating registers and reports, coordinating reviews with clients and subcontractors, and supporting handover with final documentation.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of experience in document control, project administration, or similar within construction/engineering environments.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and document management systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced project settings.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all project documentation, ensuring accuracy, traceability and compliance with procedures.
• Maintain document control from submission to approval, distribution, archiving and close-out.
• Ensure project information is correctly managed within digital DMS/CDE systems.
• Prepare document registers, reports and document metrics to support project controls.
• Coordinate reviews and approvals between internal teams, clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Maintain project correspondence, technical submittals, drawings and quality documentation.
• Ensure documentation complies with contractual and project requirements.
• Support handover with final documentation control.
