Glanua Ltd seeks a Document Controller to manage project information for large water and wastewater infrastructure projects. The role emphasizes document control, data integrity, and efficient digital delivery across the project lifecycle.

The candidate will oversee cloud-based document systems, ensure quality and compliance, and support collaboration between Glanua, clients, and stakeholders to align with the company’s digital delivery strategy.

Qualificações

• Education: Preferably HND in information management, Business administration, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience: minimum of three years in document control, with at least one year in BIM environments.
• Training or certification in document control (e.g., CDCP) is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Document Management: track and archive project documents using a cloud-based system with version control.
• Quality and Compliance: ensure documents meet standards and contractual obligations.
• Information Distribution: notify stakeholders and ensure exchanges between Glanua CDE and Client CDE.
• Digital Delivery: set up and maintain the Common Data Environment for efficient project management.
• Collaboration Support: manage permissions and provide training on document control processes.
• Data Integrity: ensure accuracy and consistency of project data.
• Reporting: generate and share document control reports with stakeholders.
