Gleeds in Sines, Portugal is seeking a Professional responsible for technical documentation of a large-scale data centre construction project. You will maintain and update document control procedures, coordinate with the project management team, and ensure all documents are accurate, accessible and compliant with company standards.

The role is on-site during the work week, five days per week with no rotation.

Qualificações

• Experience in document control management within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of document control processes and systems.
• Experience in Bluebeam and other document control tools.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high accuracy.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Ability to collaborate, onboard and train other users.
• High level of English.
• Eligible to work in Portugal.
• Available to work in Sines 5 days per week (no rotation).

Responsabilidades

• Maintaining and updating document control procedures and systems.
• Coordinating with the project management team for timely submissions and approvals.
• Monitoring document workflows and ensuring compliance with standards.
• Providing training and support on document control processes and systems.
• Conducting regular revisions to ensure processes are followed and identify improvements.
• Liaising with client, contractors and stakeholders for submissions and approvals.
• Preparing and distributing document control reports.
