Job summary

BYD Europe in Lisbon seeks a Senior Dealer Marketing Specialist to drive marketing with our dealer network across Portugal, ensuring brand consistency and stronger point-of-sale visibility. You will optimize local campaigns in collaboration with dealers.

You will develop plans with dealers, coordinate campaigns across digital and events, manage materials, and analyze KPIs to maximize ROI while supporting budgets and regional events.

Qualifications

• University degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, charts, data analysis) and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills with multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive, results-oriented and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement local marketing plans with dealers, aligned with corporate strategy.
• Coordinate local/regional campaigns including digital media, events and dealer activations.
• Distribute marketing materials to maintain brand consistency across dealers.
• Analyze campaign data and dealer KPIs to optimize ROI.
• Serve as main contact between Dealer Marketing and dealer network for strategy implementation.
• Monitor dealers' digital presence and recommend improvements.
