BYD Europe seeks a parts operations specialist to manage DMS spare parts master data and optimize the DMS system across European markets. You will support dealers in daily spare parts operations and resolve ordering or product issues, while tracking KPIs and delivery performance.

You will coordinate with customer care, logistics, planning, and other teams in Europe and China to drive improvements and ensure high customer satisfaction in a fast-growing, global automotive company.

Qualificações

• Strong automotive parts background (parts, accessories and other products).
• Minimum Bachelors degree in a technical/engineering/management field of study.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role in automotive/ E-mobility within importer or OEM.
• Organized with communication skills and an understanding of differences between countries, cultures, regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish language and English is a must.

Responsabilidades

• Lead processing and maintenance of DMS spare parts system master data and DMS system optimization, ensuring DMS data is accurate and system functions are optimized.
• Lead collection and processing of customer emails, tickets, and feedback on spare parts support requirements, and real-time processing of closed loops.
• Monitor the delivery time of spare parts in overseas local markets, as well as KPI indicators for spare parts operation.
• Troubleshoot and handle abnormal spare parts ordering by dealers, support them in placing, managing and invoicing orders, identifying the correct products.
• Handle the deployment and execution of other spare parts related projects and policies to the dealer side, analyse and reporting.
• Collaborate with customer care and other departments to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and with other parts, logistics and planning departments in Europe and China.

Your Mission

Your mission will be to ensure the smooth and efficient management of the DMS spare parts system and master data across European markets, supporting dealers in their daily spare parts operations and resolving ordering or product-related issues. You will monitor key operational KPIs and delivery performance, coordinate feedback and requests from dealers and customers, and drive continuous system and process improvements. Working closely with customer care, logistics, planning, parts and other teams in Europe and China, you will contribute to the successful implementation of spare parts projects and policies, ensuring operational excellence and the highest possible level of customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Responsible for leading the processing and maintenance of DMS spare parts system master data and DMS system optimization, ensuring that DMS system data is normal and system functions are optimized.
• Leading the collection and processing of customer emails, TIS, ticketing system feedback on spare parts support requirements, and real-time processing of closed loops;
• Monitoring the delivery time of spare parts in overseas local markets, as well as KPI indicators for spare parts operation;

What You Bring

• Strong automotive parts business background (parts, accessories and other products)
• Minimum Bachelors degree in a technical/engineering/management field of study
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role in automotive/ E-mobility within importer or OEM.
• Organized with communication skills and an understanding of differences between countries, cultures, regulations. Self-learning, the ability to discover and solve problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish language and English is a must.
• High-level attention to details, time management and accuracy.
