Simple Life is seeking a Senior CRM Manager to lead monetization initiatives within the CRM domain. You will own campaigns end-to-end, design lifecycle journeys, and collaborate with Growth, Design, and Analytics to drive revenue growth.

The role requires deep CRM experience, hands-on execution, and a strong data-driven mindset. You will manage high-volume campaigns, optimize deliverability, and advance experimentation to maximize monetization outcomes.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of CRM experience with hands-on execution.
• Strong monetization mindset and revenue-focused evaluation.
• Proven track record in customer lifecycle management driving revenue growth.
• Technical CRM experience with Braze and Customer.io; solid campaign execution and troubleshooting.
• Analytical skills for experiment tracking and performance analysis.
• Collaborative experience with Growth teams and developers to align CRM initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and execute monetization projects within the CRM team to drive revenue growth.
• Design and optimize lifecycle journeys focusing on acquisition, conversion, and win-back.
• Hands-on CRM operations, managing high volumes of campaigns and ensuring flawless execution.
• Develop segmentation and communication strategies through testing and experimentation.
• Build and monitor an A/B testing framework and propose data-driven improvements.
• Ensure deliverability and troubleshoot issues with engineering as needed.
• Collaborate with Growth, Design, Analytics and other teams to align CRM initiatives with business goals.
• Monitor CRM KPIs and prepare actionable insights for leadership.
