Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics (backend and frontend).
• Lead and deliver CRM solutions that are scalable and maintainable.
• Proven experience in Agile or Scrum project environments.
• Experience with CI/CD and version control tools.
• Ability to guide junior team members and work independently.
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities with Excel/Power BI/Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex digital CRM solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Ensure architectural integrity across the software lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain software architecture documentation.
• Participate in project planning and estimation.
• Drive continuous improvement within the team.
• Act as SME for pitches and client work.
• Contribute to team vision and strategy.
