Merkle, a dentsu company, is seeking a CRM Platform Lead in Vila Real to design, customize, and optimize CRM solutions. You will ensure integration, analytics, and scalable architectures across Dynamics, Salesforce, and HubSpot, while mentoring engineers.

In this role you’ll drive architectural integrity, collaborate in Agile teams, and contribute to client pitches with SME insights. The position offers a hybrid work model with in-person collaboration in the office.

Formación

• Experience with CRM systems like Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Agile or Scrum project leadership experience.
• CI/CD and version control tooling proficiency.
• REST/SOAP API integration with CRM systems.
• Strong data analysis using Excel/Power BI/Tableau.
• Ability to query databases and manage data.
• Scripting in APEX, C#, .NET or similar.
• Team player able to guide juniors and document architecture.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and development of complex CRM solutions.
• Develop software solutions with architectural integrity.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
• Ensure SDLC architectural consistency and docs.
• Participate in project planning and estimation.
• Drive continuous improvement within the team.
