Merkle, a dentsu company, seeks a Senior CRM Architect to lead design and delivery of complex CRM solutions across Salesforce, HubSpot, and Microsoft Dynamics. You will drive architecture, data integration, and analytics while mentoring engineers and aligning with business objectives.

This full-time role offers a hybrid work model with global network exposure, growth opportunities, and chances to shape multi-industry CRM strategies within the dentsu ecosystem.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5+ years delivering CRM platforms and architectures.
• Proven leadership in Agile/Scrum project environments.
• Strong data analytics and reporting experience with BI tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design and development of complex CRM solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Ensure architectural integrity across the software lifecycle.
• Act as SME for pitches and client engagements.
