Job summary

Merkle, a dentsu company, is hiring in Vila Real to lead the design, customisation, and optimisation of the CRM platform. You will guide the development of complex software solutions and mentor junior engineers, ensuring architectural integrity throughout the lifecycle.

You will leverage CRM experience, CI/CD practices, and API integration to deliver scalable, data-driven customer solutions while collaborating in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Minimum 4 years of CRM project experience with scalable solutions.
• Ability to implement efficient, scalable CRM solutions and APIs.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in Agile environments.
• Experience leading and mentoring in Scrum/Agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and optimisation of the CRM platform across the lifecycle.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Ensure architectural integrity and consistency in delivery.
• Develop and maintain software architecture documentation.
• Drive data analytics and reporting capabilities for customers.
• Collaborate in project planning and estimation activities.
