EverAI — a fully remote, fast-growing AI company — is seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to own and scale our global affiliate program. You will drive partner recruitment, onboarding, performance analysis, and ROI optimization while collaborating across marketing, analytics, and product teams.

The role requires strong communication skills, 5+ years in affiliate marketing, and hands-on experience with Everflow, Looker Studio, and SEMrush.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and management.
• Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and networks.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Advanced digital marketing tactics across multiple channels (SEO, media buying, paid socials).
• Experience with Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush and reporting systems.
• Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to optimize processes for ROI.
• Strong communication and collaboration; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain and grow relationships with affiliates, ensuring they are consistently informed and supported.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new affiliates, ensuring smooth integration into the affiliate program.
• Monitor affiliate performance, generating reports on traffic, conversions, and ROI.
• Analyze affiliate results to identify areas of improvement, optimize campaigns for better performance, and find any opportunities to scale.
• Research and recruit new affiliates and business partners to expand the affiliate network.
• Troubleshoot affiliate-related issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored affiliate funnels, ensuring maximum conversion rates.
• Regularly review and improve processes to enhance affiliate communication and management.
