Job summary

Replika is seeking a Lifecycle & CRM Specialist to own our lifecycle program across email, in-app messages, push, and more. You will build onboarding, conversion, renewals, and win-back flows to drive revenue and retention for a global user base.

You’ll design hands-on strategies, set up segments, write or brief copy, and ensure deliverability and compliance. This role is fully remote with CET hours and offers flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Hands-on lifecycle or CRM experience at a consumer subscription app with revenue results.
• Built flows in modern messaging platforms (Braze, Customer.io, Iterable or Klaviyo).
• Strong data skills: build segments and read results independently.
• Understand compliant communication for a global audience: consent, unsubscribes, GDPR, CAN-SPAM.

Responsibilities

• Build core lifecycle flows: onboarding, paid conversion, renewals, win-back.
• Convert free users to paid with in-app messages and offers.
• Reactivate dormant users and re-engage long-dormant emails.
• Segment and personalize using product and subscription data.
