Kraken is seeking a BizOps/Strategy professional to build operating rhythms, lead cross-functional initiatives, and support leadership with data-driven decisions within the Pro organization of a global crypto platform.

You will coordinate reporting, roadmaps, and cross-team initiatives across product, engineering, compliance, finance, and marketing to scale operations and improve efficiency.

Qualificações

• 5–7 years in BizOps, Product Ops, Strategy, or similar roles with measurable impact.
• Strong project management skills and ability to drive initiatives.
• Comfortable interpreting dashboards, KPIs, and financial metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Build operating rhythms, reviews, and forums to align Pro org priorities.
• Lead and deliver cross-functional projects critical to Pro’s success.
• Support leadership in decision-making by framing issues and surfacing risks.
• Maintain systems for reporting, reviews, and roadmap coordination.
• Partner with leadership to scope and stand up new initiatives across Spot, Margin, Derivatives, or Infrastructure.
• Contribute to exec updates and strategic memos for visibility.
• Triage inbound requests and ensure follow-through.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose scalable improvements.
• Use data to support PMs and leadership across Pro.
• Collaborate with Compliance and Legal to improve product experience.
