Job summary

Kraken is building the future of open finance from Portugal and is seeking a growth marketing leader to own the connective tissue between marketing and product for the Kraken Consumer experience. You will shape how users discover and return to our products, designing end-to-end campaign experiences across push, email, social and paid.

You will own the acquisition funnel, define incentives, and apply UX thinking to closing funnel leaks through experiments.

Qualifications

• Experience in growth and performance marketing across mobile and web.
• Ability to design and launch campaign experiences across push, email, social and paid.
• Strong understanding of onboarding and activation funnels.
• Proven capability to run experiments and measure impact.
• Collaborates with product, design, data and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketing product roadmap end to end.
• Design and launch tailored campaign experiences across push, email, social and paid.
• Raise the bar on lifecycle messaging to improve usefulness and conversions.
• Own incentives like offers, referrals, and deposits for new and returning users.
• Apply user psychology and UX thinking to close funnel gaps through experiments.
• Improve landing page and search performance; build measurable product foundations.
• Partner with marketing, design, engineering and data as the single owner for growth enablement.
• Define acquisition and reactivation metrics and report honestly.
