Kraken's Payward Services is seeking a Senior Sales Lead for Custody & Wealth Management to drive go-to-market initiatives and grow assets under custody across global institutional clients. The role reports to the Global Head of Sales and collaborates with product, legal, compliance, and onboarding teams.

Qualificações
- 7+ years of experience selling to institutional clients.
- Experience closing long-cycle mandates with regulatory and due diligence focus.
- Deep understanding of wealth management and custody services.
- Experience building global sales and GTM strategies.
Responsabilidades
- Grow assets under custody and custody revenue with clear targets.
- Develop commercial frameworks across custody and related products.
- Lead revenue across enterprise mandates from qualification to onboarding and expansion.
- Own the client lifecycle from diligence to settlement and ramp.
- Scale revenue growth with AI-first tooling and structured processes.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal and Compliance to align strategy.
