Mollie in Lisbon is seeking a Senior Business Development Representative to own the full sales lifecycle for Iberia, driving growth with SMB e-commerce and retail merchants up to €250,000 monthly volume. You will shape the go-to-market approach, from initial outreach to onboarding, collaborating with cross-functional teams to win and scale deals.

The role demands proven outbound prospecting, C-level negotiation, and value-based selling, with strong data-driven planning.

Qualificações

• Solid full-cycle sales experience (~2 years) in payments, fintech, or SaaS.
• Structured outbound prospecting and C-level negotiation in SMB.
• Value-based selling and long sales cycles.
• Data-driven pipeline planning, forecasting and contract handling.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to discovery, negotiation, contract handling and onboarding.
• Build and manage a structured pipeline of SMB merchants, balancing short-term closes with longer negotiations.
• Conduct discovery meetings to reveal merchant pain points and value-sell Mollie's product experience.
• Execute data-driven activity planning to hit outreach milestones, e.g., 25 connected calls per week.
• Collaborate with sales engineers and customer success managers to ensure smooth handoffs.
