Mollie is expanding its Sales Iberia team and seeking a Senior Business Development Representative in Lisbon to own the full sales lifecycle and accelerate Mollie’s expansion in the Spanish market. You will target small-to-mid market merchants in e-commerce, fashion, electronics, and tourism with up to €250,000 in monthly volume.

In this role, you’ll shape Mollie’s go-to-market strategy for Spain, drive outbound outreach, and close deals while guiding merchants to live go-live.

Qualificações

• Solid full-cycle sales experience, ideally in payments/fintech/SaaS.
• Proven track record in outbound prospecting and C-level negotiation within SMB segments.
• Strong skills in value-based selling and data-driven forecasting.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to contract closure and onboarding follow-up.
• Build and manage a structured pipeline of SMB e-commerce and retail merchants in the Iberia market.
• Conduct discovery meetings to uncover pain points and articulate Mollie’s value to merchants.
