Axians Portugal is seeking a Senior Application Support to ensure stability, availability, and performance of critical business apps in a production environment. You will lead incident management, drive changes and deployments, and promote observability and operational excellence across teams.

You will collaborate with Development and Scrum teams to design, deploy, and optimize systems, implement upgrades, and maintain thorough technical documentation for processes and troubleshooting guides.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional experience in similar roles.
• Experience with API, application servers and Kubernetes (Red Hat JBoss EAP 6.4/7.0, OpenShift, API Gateway).
• Strong understanding of RHEL Linux OS.
• Knowledge of Dynatrace and other monitoring tools (ELK).
• Experience with CI/CD setup and optimization (GitLab, ArgoCD, Jenkins, Nexus Sonatype).
• Knowledge of relational databases (MSSQL Server, PostgreSQL).
• Exposure to cloud environments support.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (written & spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and maintain applications for high availability and performance.
• Collaborate in incident management and problem resolution.
• Ensure ITIL governance and SLAs in Production.
• Execute change requests and deployments per ITIL and DevOps.
• Promote observability and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate fixes with Development and Scrum teams.
• Implement upgrades, patches, and new functionalities with minimal user impact.
• Maintain and share best practices with global support.
