• Experience in Level 3 production support for business-critical apps (operational stability).
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and oversee production handover.

• Provide Level 3 production support for critical apps and underlying infrastructure.
• Monitor health, performance, and incidents; drive root cause analyses and improvements.
• Lead infrastructure projects from planning to production handover; ensure governance and security.
