Altium Limited is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to push the frontier of AI in Requirements Management and Hardware Engineering. You will design, develop, and deploy LLM‑driven systems used by hardware product teams worldwide, shaping production‑level AI capabilities in a product‑led environment.

Qualificações

• Proven knowledge of LLM engineering and production‑ready features.
• Advanced Python development skills to implement such systems.
• Experience with agentic loops, tool‑calling, and agent orchestration.
• Experience with MCP servers and evaluation/benchmarking pipelines.
• Ability to plan experiments and execute autonomously with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with evolving AI landscape and cross‑functional teamwork.
• Comfort with building end‑to‑end harnesses for agentic loops and real‑world use cases.

Responsabilidades

• Develop agentic flows using off‑the‑shelf LLMs and modern harnessing methods for hardware design/use‑cases.
• Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and designers in an agile environment to ship features.
• Build evaluation pipelines, define metrics and gather data to improve AI‑driven systems.
• Extend test suites and run benchmarks on AI systems to ensure reliability and cost efficiency.
• Benchmark models, prompts and approaches for speed and accuracy and improve results.
• Participate in the full AI product lifecycle from experimentation to deployment and improvement.
