Zendesk Group is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to architect and deploy production-grade AI systems, with a focus on LLMs and agentic workflows. You will bridge deep technical work with business strategy, delivering enterprise-ready AI solutions that scale.

You will design, implement and evaluate end-to-end AI platforms, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and drive adoption through measurable customer outcomes. Hybrid work is available, with in-office collaboration preferred.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in AI engineering, data science or ML-related field.
• Experience shipping production-grade intelligent systems and AI features.
• Comfort translating complex AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, build and deploy production-grade LLM applications and agents.
• Develop Python services and APIs integrating AI capabilities into web ecosystem.
• Establish evaluation frameworks and automated feedback loops to measure outcomes.
