team.it is seeking a Senior AI Solution Engineer to lead the development of AI platforms and services. You will collaborate across engineering, data science, and platform teams to translate business challenges into scalable AI use cases using LLMs and RAG.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in agile software engineering with full lifecycle knowledge.
• Translate business problems into AI use cases and technical solutions.
• Hands-on with LLMs and RAG techniques.
• Experience with Agentic AI systems and architectures.
• MS Azure cloud platforms and AI services knowledge.
• DevOps capabilities for software delivery pipelines.
• Experience developing microservices with Flask, Django, or Spring.
• Able to work in Agile delivery teams and iterative cycles.
• Strong collaboration across engineering, data science and platform teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and deployment of AI solutions with scalable implementations.
• Drive AI platform infrastructure and integration with internal systems.
• Design and implement AI solutions using LLMs, RAG and ML tech.
• Collaborate across engineering, data science and business teams to translate challenges into AI use cases.
