sa.global Labs is seeking a Senior AI Product Engineer to own the reasoning core of empower, our agentic AI platform. You will lead agent orchestration, prompt architecture, and evaluation systems that translate intelligent behavior into trusted automation for real clients at scale.

You will work with LangGraph, DSPy, LlamaIndex, and Neo4j in a hybrid environment, designing architectures, memory, and tool-use patterns while balancing complexity and reliability.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of backend software development experience.
• Proven API design and distributed services shipping.
• Hands-on experience integrating LLM/AI APIs into real apps.
• Familiarity with retrieval architectures and vector stores.

Responsabilidades

• Design multi-agent workflows and orchestration graphs.
• Implement declarative prompt approaches for reliable prompting.
• Build evaluation harnesses to measure accuracy and latency across versions.
• Architect agent memory, tool-calling, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop controls.
