Job summary

You will design GenAI solutions, collaborate with data engineers and developers, and help deploy end-to-end AI workflows while staying current with LLM and automation trends.

This is a hands-on role focused on delivering measurable improvements in operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Process Automation, BI, BPR, or Systems Engineering.
• Understanding of data analysis, process optimization, and digital transformation.
• Interest in AI, Generative AI, ML, and emerging tech.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support Generative AI solutions that enhance business processes and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into AI apps.
• Assist in AI workflows, agents, copilots, and intelligent automation solutions.
• Analyze processes and recommend improvements using GenAI tech.
• Integrate AI with existing enterprise systems, databases, and apps.
• Support data preparation, prompt engineering, testing, and optimization of GenAI models.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and metrics to measure impact of AI initiatives.
• Participate in full solution lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
• Work with Data Engineers, Software Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners.
• Stay up to date with AI, ML, LLMs, and Intelligent Automation trends.
