KLx, the Portuguese subsidiary of Crédit Agricole S.A., seeks an IT Application Manager to ensure stability, security and operational performance of a portfolio of business applications in a hybrid Lisbon environment. • Good knowledge and practical application of ITIL principles.
• Knowledge of Moody’s RCO software is highly valued.
• Interest in, or exposure to, financial or risk management environments.
• Professional proficiency in French and English.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate stability, availability and security of applications and supporting infrastructure.

Our mission is to support the IT transformation and activities of a worldwide bank, capitalizing on the expertise of our international campus in Lisbon.

You will join the CIB (Corporate Investment Banking) unit of over 100 professionals in Portugal.

As an IT Application Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security and operational performance of a portfolio of business applications.

About responsibilities:

1. Application Support and Operational Management

• Coordinate the activities required to ensure the stability, availability and security of applications and their supporting infrastructure.
• Implement and coordinate preventive and corrective actions related to application operations.
• Monitor application performance and ensure that operational issues are properly addressed.
• Report on significant events, including incidents, business requests, technological obsolescence and security-related topics.
• Maintain a strong functional and technical understanding of the applications and how they are used by the business.

2. Business Relationship and Service Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders.
• Clarify business needs and ensure that stakeholder requests are properly understood and addressed.
• Ensure compliance with the agreed service levels and support commitments.
• Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Provide regular and structured reporting on application activities and operational performance.

3. Change and Release Management

• Maintain visibility over upcoming application and infrastructure changes.
• Participate in the assessment, validation and planning of software and hardware modifications.
• Ensure that proposed solutions are robust, maintainable and suitable for production environments.
• Verify that functional, technical and performance tests are properly defined and executed.
• Ensure that business acceptance is formally obtained before production deployment.

4. Application Lifecycle and Technical Governance

• Ensure that application documentation is complete, updated and accessible.
• Guarantee the availability and completeness of the application source code.
• Ensure that testing environments, development tools and delivery tools are available and used appropriately.
• Promote IT best practices and continuous improvement across the application lifecycle.

Who You Are

• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Between 6 and 10 years of professional experience, ideally with significant experience in IT support and application management functions.
• Strong IT knowledge and the ability to understand both functional and technical application topics.
• Good knowledge and practical application of ITIL principles.
• Knowledge of Moody’s RCO software is highly valued.
• Interest in, or previous exposure to, the financial or risk management environment.
• Professional proficiency in French and English.
